The craft sector, with its know-how and capacities, will play a central role in the implementation of the Climate Protection Act in the real estate sector. The construction trade is becoming a crucial player in resource conservation and in the circular economy. Pioneering companies use a clearly communicated orientation towards sustainability to attract trainees and skilled workers from Generation Z and to practically implement the energy and resource transition with them.
